The Problem of Polymers

No kind of chemistries have been devised which do not require automated mechanical synthesizers, special manmade resins, ultrapure reagents, ultra purified and concentrated individual monomers and a computer program to manage the system to produce biochemical polymers.  No one can show or devise a natural system that comes near to duplicating the requirements we have for such chemical reactions to occur.

Still, pro-evolutionary websites published articles, and scientists ignore these facts or gloss over them as though they do not exist.  Biology textbooks simply say “a pool of concentrated organics” gave rise to life.  Or life arose from a “primordial slime.”   Many naturalistic ideas have been put forward to explain how polymerization of such important organics could occur but the actual molecular mechanisms cannot be repeated or even described. Ponds, thermal vents on the ocean floor, clay, ice, crystals and beach scum left over from a melted comet have been used to describe what might have occurred.  This is noninformation.  This is nonscience.  This is nonsense.

Aliens have been considered as the creator.  They used directed panspermia or visited our planet or just tossed out molecules on dust into the universe to “seed” life on other worlds. But who made the aliens?  And where is proof of any of this?  Suddenly, intelligent designers are needed so long as they aren’t God!?

 

In the world, polymers are abundant.  That is because life is abundant.  Trees are made of cellulose in linear and cross-linking polymeric networks composed of the glucose molecule.  Cellulose is believed to be the most abundant organic molecule on the planet. It is made from the energy of light which is captured as glucose.  Then the glucose units are polymerized in a secretion process that lays down the cellulose fibers outside of the plant cell body to form wood.  Along with other polymers like lignin and lignocellulose, wood is sunlight stored in chemical form.  Like DNA, RNA and proteins cellulose is manufactured by cellular life using enzymes composed of linear polypeptide chains that are encoded for in the genetic program of DNA and are formed through a series of enzymatic reactions that transcribe the genetic code into RNA and translate the RNA into proteins.  Cellulose is a network of long chains and branches of these constituents.  Genetic information and proteins are perfectly linear chains of their monomeric units.

 

We are not alone dear friends.  A creator was involved in our creation and there is simply no other natural way to account for all that exists.   The ancient and mythical biology of evolution is a fairytale.  It rests on atheistic faith and this is typically the product of a damaged, hate-filled life.  If not, it is the result of intense brainwashing by our educational system, uninformed parents and other such mentors and authority figures who raise up young minds to deny the obvious and to think counter-intuitive to reality.   This is often the way people come to be religious; unfortunately.  Both extremes are dangerous to the well-being of the individual as well as those influenced by the same peer pressure.

 

Why humans are so poor at comprehending such information is bewildering and causes one to wonder if all beliefs are derived from a blind faith in what others have to say rather than critical thinking.  This is no criticism of faith but of the human responsibility to seek evidence for faith.   The design of life and the faith we place in that designer, whether God or goop, should have credible evidence for such incredible possibilities.  God is not the easy answer but it is the most reasonable answer given what we know, in this case, of biological chemistry.  This makes the search for such a being irresistible though not everyone feels this way.
